7-Week Nail Technician Program
Our 7-week nail technician program offers flexible classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30am to 12:00pm. You can start at any time, and our experienced instructors will teach you everything you need to know.
150+ Practice Hours
To become licensed in Virginia, you need to complete at least 150 practice hours. Our school is open 7 days a week, so you can practice after your formal lectures or at any time that works for you. And, you can practice at our school until you feel confident, at no extra charge.
Ace Your Final Exam
Once you have completed our 7-Week Nail Technician Program and achieved the required 150+ practice hours, you can apply to take the final exam. You are eligible to begin working as a nail technician while you wait to pass the exam.

What are the prerequisites for enrollment in your nail technician program?
To enroll in our nail technician program, you must be at least 16 years old and have a valid state or government photo ID. A high school diploma is not required.
What is the cost of your nail technician program?
The cost of our 7-week nail technician program is $2785, which includes tuition, supplies, books, uniform, and access to our school facilities for practice. The exam fee and license fee, which are paid to the state after completing our course, are not included in the cost.
How do I attend classes?
Our nail technician school is located at 6393 Seven Corners Center, Falls Church, VA 22044. Our 7-week program offers flexible classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30am to 12:00pm. To sign up, click here.
Do you offer financial aid?
Unfortunately, Virginia does not offer financial aid for nail education. Some other states do offer financial aid for nail school, such as Tennessee, but Maryland, North Dakota, South Carolina, and Virginia do not. There is financial aid available for hair school (cosmetology), and cosmetologists can sell nail services, but we do not teach cosmetology here.

How fast can I finish the program?
How fast you finish the nail technician program depends on how much time you can commit to it. Full-time students can finish the program in 2-3 months, while part-time students typically take 5-6 months. The program requires 7 consecutive weeks of classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30am to 12:00pm, plus 150+ hours of practice time. You can complete the practice hours at your own pace, and our school is open 7 days per week for you to practice.

It is illegal to practice nail technology in Virginia without a state-issued license. Unlicensed nail technicians risk serious legal consequences, including fines, jail time, and lawsuits from injured clients. Licensed nail technicians have the training and knowledge to provide safe and sanitary services, avoiding allergies, infections, and injuries. With a license, nail technicians can advance their careers, earning higher salaries and working in more prestigious settings, such as high-end salons and resorts.
